I've lived here since 2016. It's a great place to live. At times the noise level is unbearable but the office manager attempts to get the issues resolved. The laws have changed and it's not what it used to be. Currently I had a few issues but not bad. A smoke detector is going off. I can't reach it. It is the weekend. They don't consider that an emergency. This is an apartment and $1300 is a lot of rent for an annoyance all weekend. Family says apartments will take care of matters like these so it's better than buying a house ... blah blah blah. I don't know about that at this point. Beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep. I recommend buying the house. Apartments are not the same these days. That's A LOT OF MONEY beep beep. Going to have to buy a ladder I guess. More money ??

Good place to live.
I like the townhouse arrangement. The place is well kept. The staffs are super friendly and very responsive. The maintenance crew is outstanding. Any repair request is done within 24 hours. This is our 2nd year and we strongly recommended Bellagio.
