Sunrise By The Park

Major issues at night with noise from street racers on Memorial. Trash piles up in garge. Dissapointed in the way they painted over hurricane rain stains instead of repacing dry wall. Mold farm? Very dissappiinted in their charging me for what I say is normal wear and tear and they see as damage. Unfortunate. Avoid this place if you have options.

Hallways Carpet stinks, nauseating smell in elevator, loud neighbors and loud animals, filthy pool, AC DOES NOT WORK, no coffee at lobby, garage doors and elevators break often Good location, a bit too expensive for what it offers

Moved in a week ago and things have been good so far. Its clean and wuiet and very friendly staff

I love living here. Honestly, the neighbors are very friendly. There isnt any noise, you can actually sleep through the night without anyone being loud or waking you up. Also, the pool is amazing and so refreshing. I will definitely share with my friends and family. Honestly when I was looking for an apartment, I wanted what Sunrise park has. Spacious floor plans, a big kitchen a descent size closet, a nice bathroom and a great size room. I love my patio as well. Its very big. I go out there almost everynight, and just look at the stars. Honestly I hope to renew my lease when the time comes, if possible because i love the area too. you have restaurants, nail salons, ER, a gas station around the corner, you have HEB, you have a big huge park too and most important respectful neighbors.
