Unsatisfactory, parking is a mess, vehicles are towed indiscriminately.

I have lived at The Summit @7700 for 3 yrs and my neighbors and office staff are very friendly. Its pet friendly and maintenance is great.

I have lived here 20 yrs. It truly is my "home"!! The apartment complex may not be as new as others but the apartments are much bigger and roomier than others. The complex is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. And, with the current management's efforts, we seem to be moving back up to the high caliber of personnel, maintenance and tenants that we have had in the past.
