Good place to live

Stone Crayon is a good place to live and the security is pretty good. Never had an incident since i moved here and the leasing agents are always willing to listen to your concerns

Apt review

The pool is always noisy on weekends, tenants leave smelly trash at front doors and it stays all day, sometimes finding parking is difficult, the leaving office staffs never answers phone calls. The only thing that's a little functional is the maintenance team.

On my 4th lease renewal.

Moved in in March 2019. Added my Yorkshire Terrier a year ago. Maintenance very good. Staff very quick to respond to any issues and resolve promptly. This resident happy to continue living here for another 13 months.

No leasing staff on premise

There are hardly any staff around in the building. You can hardly find someone at the leasing office and they don't answer their calls. I believe COVID restriction is over so I wonder why there's rarely anyone of your staffs on the premises most especially when they don't never answer calls.
