Great maintenance and owner support, its great to live on such a small property especially consuderung i know all my neighbors.

We have been renting from Little Page properties for years now in multiple locations. We love the area, Montrose is one of the walkable areas in Houston, our favorite spots are close by. The property landlords have always been nice, attentive, and responsive any time we need to contact them. The maintenance crew is great, if we ever have any issues with something around the property or in our apartment, they will send them out and fix it as soon as possible. The pricing is also very good for the area. These are all the reasons why even when we moved out of the city, as soon as we came back we leased from them again. I recommend them to anyone trying to move into Montrose.

This property is central to my community and staff is always very responsive and actuve to the tennants needs. The neighbors have always been friendly and thoughtful as well.

Love my apt location and the staff. They are so easy to communicate with and i always feel safe on the Premises. My neighbors are phenomenal, and havent had any worries with them either.

I love everything about this housing unit, but i do wish laundry was in my apt instead of a communal experience. Noise level can get crazy but thats part of the trade of for living in this area. The staff is very supoirtive and understanding, hoping to renew!
