I have not had an big problems here. I like that I dont have an issue with my vechicles.

Horrible property management

In the beginning it was ok but after awhile everything went downhill. Raised the rent $240 but take forever to solve any kind of issue. Maintenance takes weeks for any problem, big or small. The manager is never available and doesnt seem to care about any issues in the complex.
