Too expensive for available guest parking

Parking was great until the valet claimed 50% of the available spaces downstairs. Almost every night of the week there is a caravan of cars circling the parking area searching for an open parking spot. My significant other used to come over all the time and we split our time between our respectives residences 50/50. Now, we spend almost 100% of our time at her place. I work a lot, and I spend my rare free time there or somewhere else because I cannot invite people over anymore.

Sterling Review

There are very frequent building wide fire alarms for no reason, and none of the residents take it seriously due to the frequency. If there was an actual fire then we’d all be in trouble. Management doesn't seem to care. People’s animals poop and pee in the elevators, and the amenities are overcrowded from residents bringing far more guests than allowed. Great location.

Great apartment in a perfect location!

Great apartment with very modern and clean amenities. Extra meeting rooms are perfect for remote working too. Walking distance to a big supermarket (Kroger), and to the West Grey Street where many shops line up. Very close to the Buffalo Bayou as well where it is good for running or just taking a walk during the day.

Love living here!

My background being property management, I’m impressed with the responsiveness and genuine care of the office and maintenance team. I want to single out specifics but the entire staff seriously deserves mentioning. Love my spot, great location, amenities are top notch and well maintained. Residents are welcoming and friendly. I’ve had no issues with noise or parking. If you’re considering living here, put it on your short list! 10/10

One to experience

Initially a great place to live with stellar amenities, but could improve. The gym is lacking in equipment with no answer to request for add ons. Study rooms are wonderful to get your work done or if you just need a quiet place to yourself. The pool is relaxing and area seems quite safe so far. Unit is a bit small for the price given, but not too bad.
