Overpriced - Hot tub broken

In short, the place is beautiful. The most significant selling point for me was the 4th-floor amenities. I was first disappointed to find out that reserving the rooms was VERY expensive, let alone not free. I used to enjoy hosting game nights at my old apartment and was looking forward to doing so here as well, but my unit/island isn't large enough. This leads to the second issue of the unit being extremely overpriced for the size. I understand that this is a "luxury" property, but I feel that it's simply not worth it. I have already decided that this will be my last lease since I can find a place nearby that is larger and less expensive. Also, it's both embarrassing and frustrating that the hottub jets have not worked in MONTHS.

Love it but the noise can improve.

I've lived here close to a year and I personally have really enjoyed it and never had a problem that could not be solved. The staff is very friendly and supportive, the location is great, the place is always well kept but one thing that can be improved is the noise. Some neighbors think they live in a frat house and this is disrespectful.
