We know your furry friends are important to you and we welcome them in our community.  We allow up to 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit of 50 lbs per pet.  Monthly pet rent is $15 per pet.  There is a $300 one time, non-refundable fee per pet and a $200 pet deposit.  Aggressive breed restrictions apply.  Aggressive breeds are defined by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AMVA) and include, but are not limited to, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Malamutes, Bull Terriers, Wolf-dog hybrids, Chow-Chows and Great Danes.

To briefly summarize, this management team is exceptional. They always think of ways to meet the tenants halfway to engage in the best way. The maintenance team is legendary. I mean that. Will and his team ALWAYS optimize the best service and in a timely fashion. I ask is that the corporate office (Ownership) provide the management team with more resources to facilitate more events, replace outdated appliances, and establish a designated playground for our young children. My second ask is for the owners to reconsider their ban on social services, in the form of rental assistance, when needed. Life happens and in this economy the money is not the same as it was 3 or 5 years ago. I don't think a single person can predict when a catastrophic event is going to occur and when it does, placing a heavier financial hardship on the tenant, can only make the situation that much dire. Thank you for your time. I am always open to more meaningful dialogue. Blessings.
