I’ve lived here for 2 years and I really really regret it. This place is expensive and the quality is so poor, especially the quality of the work of the staff (the only competent employees are the maintenance guys, who are great). The common spaces of the building are not maintained, smell, and often have stains or the remnants of people breaking in to sleep there. The elevators and gates are CONSTANTLY broken (90% of the time I’ve been here multiple at a time are broken; it took the staff 10 months to get an elevator fixed for example). The amenities are also constantly broken and it takes the staff months to fix incredibly simple things (like a coffee machine or a printer for example). The secure back doors to the building are also often broken open so they cannot close. My biggest disappointment from living here though is how hard it is to get the staff to do anything or to communicate. If your car window is smashed in the parking lot and broken into, or if your package is stolen from the package lockers, they’ll tell you they cannot provide camera footage or offer any help at all (or as the manager Scott says: that wasn’t specifically in your lease agreement so you’re on your own). In general they are rude and have an attitude of gracing you with their help…when you are paying over 2k a month to live here. They will send you eviction notices because they messed up recording your rent payments, but not actually just call you to check their mistake. You will call the office multiple times and leave messages, send emails, with no response. Please do not be fooled by their nice attitude during a tour; please do not be fooled by what they say about safety in the parking lot, how clean the common spaces will be, how the elevators and gates are only ever down temporarily. There’s so many good apartments in this area - don’t waste your money here.

This is a great location, access to restaurants, cafes, bars, stores, etc. There are issues with general cleanliness especially in the elevators. These should be cleaned up more often and definitely a deep clean. Due to the construction in Montrose Blvd. there is noise during the day. There does not seem to be an end to the construction. The staff is generally very nice, however it takes several rounds to get attention to issues to be resolved. Maintenance requests also require several reminders to get them closed.

Scott and Bailey are the best I love living here.

Lived here for 14 months. There was a constant revolving door of leasing agents/managers. Common areas were not cleaned until I submitted tickets. TVs would not work. Grills constantly caused grease fires and spark plugs were never replaced, making it a frustrating experience to ever use them. One of the elevators was out of service for 3+ months because the property manager could not afford to replace one of its parts. Parking gates were constantly in and out of service. Montrose Boulevard has been under construction directly in front of the property, causing diesel fumes & dust to linger an all apartments facing that street. It took me well over 2 months (and 6 emails over as many weeks) to get in touch with the leasing office to try and negotiate a lease renewal. I have spent the last 6 weeks asking for a copy of my inventory sheet and they still have not responded. When I finally got in touch with someone in the office, they were gobsmacked that I wanted to leave. Meanwhile, on that day at that time, the mailroom and package area was full of trash from opened boxes. The leasing office here is not, in any shape or form, proactive about the upkeep here. They only act when residents complain, and apologize and thank residents for bringing things to their attention. It is clear that nobody in this leasing office ever walks the property without being asked to do so. Yet for some reason, they have no problem printing 2 color flyers in the elevators for resident events. It feels like being in a dorm room for adults here -- a cash grab with a little bit of marketing and over-reliance on the property's name and skyline view. There are many newer, larger, cheaper apartments with the same amenities and a fully functioning property management team. I will never forget how frustrating it was to live here, and there was nobody to resolve my issues. All I got here was empty apologies at $2300/month. This could have been a very nice place to live.
