My experience living here has been satisfactory. My main complaint is the street noise. I hear everything. The windows needs to be double panel to reduce the noise coming from the street. I don’t have any complaints about the noise coming from the neighbors. I’m happy with the location and the free EV charging station. I also like how they added a security guard at the front of the building to make the building more secure and prevent people from hanging around the building.

I love so far , just not the parking and them reserving spots in visioning parking to me bad business when i came in and signed up to stay here was the big reason i came here do to good parking for both visitors and residence now its fine do some spot in resident understandable not in visitors really alone problem for me. New workers in office is cool but some things that go on not happy about when i call very difficult get some one and after i get some one they never call me back on info im trying get to make a switch to another unit that bigger but now i left it alone. I love the staff that was there last year .

Have been here for a couple of months now. All staff is very friendly and maintenance is quick on call outs. Building is well kept and hallways always smell amazing!

I have lived in this complex since 2021. New management implements new policies and procedures with no input from residents. In addition the new policies and procedures do not fix the issues that they are meant to address. Once such example is the new license plate registration app. Not a great solution and doesn't address the issue of non-residents parking in visitor parking.
