The CWS leasing teams communication suck. They “aren’t familiar with the lease” so more than once I’ve caught them charging me extra money for no reason or denying me permissions given in the lease! I wish I could leave and I wish I didn’t renew when this place switched from Camden to Marquis/CWS. I would only recommend to come here if you are in a pinch because it looks like they lowered the prices but look out for the hidden fees (all unlisted on their website but non removable fees you’ll pay every month like cable/wifi for $125/mo and etc.). I’m trying so hard not to break my lease but every time I try to get anything resolved I’m reminded that I live in place where no one cares. I’ve had to pull out my lease so many times to point out what I signed and how the leasing agents are completely contradicting what it says. I’d never recommend anyone live at a CWS run establishment if this is the training give to their leasing staff.
