MAA has finally seriously invested in the overall maintenance and appearance of the Reserve Apartment complex. The apartments were constructed in the nineties and were need of a facelift. MAA performed repair and replacement of concrete areas and roofing throughout. All of the building have had the exteriors repaired as needed, caulked and painted in the summer of 2024. The gym has a new rubber floor and a fresh designer inspired paint job. The lobby has been completely remodeled as well for a fresh and more contemporary appeal. Although the interior of the apartments are designed from the 90's, the high ceiling and crown molding are timeless features. The countertop of a synthetic, durable textured coating that is an improvement over the original surfaces. Maintenance is quite good in taking care of the tenants needs in a timely fashion. Another nice feature of living here is the grounds which have large trees, green areas and well maintained winding sidewalks throughout. The location of the Reserve is also great as we are located near major highways, stores and fuel stations. It is a pleasant living environment for a competitive and reasonable cost.

Our decision to move here was one of our best! Management was so helpful with resolving the few issues we had at move in. Tonya even came to our apt in person to make sure we were happy . Maintenance requests have been taken care of in a timely manner and they are friendly while in our home.
