If you plan on having family or friends visit you while living here, this is not the place to live. Visitors can only stay / park for 2 days max at a time. They have a towing company working for them that will illegally tow your registered vehicle as a mistake (speaking from experience), and then will fail to address the issue. There are always issues with the water in the apartment.

I've been living for 2.5 years in your place. In general, everything is fine. The most lacking thing is a park for children. Stolen car tires and bikes is also an issue. You may try to put security cameras at some places in the site. There are also dogs poops everywhere, disgusting.
