I have lived here for approximately 8 months and overall I enjoy the location and the apartment itself. The move-in process was smooth, and the staff was responsive and helpful at the beginning. However, once I began experiencing issues, communication became less consistent. I have not been able to access the resident app or reliably submit maintenance requests, and some concerns sent via email have gone unanswered. Additionally, the parking situation has been frustrating. I was initially told that no reserved spots were available, yet shortly after, new residents were assigned them. I have also noticed staff parking in tenant-designated areas on the first floor, which has made it difficult to find parking. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to park on higher floors or outside due to limited availability. Overall, my experience has been positive in terms of the apartment itself, but ongoing concerns with responsiveness, maintenance, and parking.
