Customer Service
The Hue employees are very friendly. Always in a good mood smile on there faces willing to help . Maintenance always does there job , never take longer than 5 minutes to go to your apartment and solve the apartment.
Amenities
For over 2 weeks I've waited to use the gas grills we are paying to enjoy with our amenities. Was told the pool area closed for a part for the pool pump. Cone on, already. Monday is Cinco De Mayo. Refund needed
Solid place to live
We have lived here for almost 3 years now and honestly this apartment complex has had its ups and downs, however, the new staff have really tried hard to actually enforce rules and make this place great again! The only complaint we have is we wish the pool and the gym were cleaned more often. When we first moved in when the complex was only 2 months old, this place was shiny and clean but it can get a bit “grubby” at times. Hopefully they can hire more staff to keep up with all of the extra cleaning. The pool gets especially messy in the summer because people leave trash everywhere and it makes us not want to bring out baby down to swim.
