Perfect central location especially for commuters who work downtown. The units are really spacious. What drew me to Gables Upper Kirby is the loft style units on the top floor that are 2-stories.

Location is incredible, highly walakable and everything is a short drive away (within reason). Amenities are fine, minus the recurring elevator issues. Honestly, the review would be stellar were it not for the elevator issues. We get emails that say it doesn’t work, alongside a standard sorry for the inconvenienve, but no updates as to what is going on and when we can expect it to return to service. For the price I’m laying, communication could be better.

Charles Morrison : The staff & Maintenace are very good & attentive. The only exception is that a better than a year noise complaint against the residents up above our apartment has not been resolved by management. Its been more than a year with no satisfactory resolution. The building is a very nice place to live. We enjoy the social activities that is given several times throughout the year by the managerial staff. The amenities are good.
