I toured Folio West with the asst. Yonne. She answered every question I had! She was able to point me to the closest grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, schools, etc. I also noticed she was able to greet every resident she saw BY NAME as she toured me around! I see why she has that Asst. of the year award on her desk! The property was clean and I liked the pool table. The view from the unit I saw was amazing. I liked how I got to see an actual unit. Not a pretty done up model. AND it looked like the photos I saw online! Can not wait to move into my new unit!

Folio west is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. The building is very well insulated so theres practically no neighbor or building noise. The complex is well maintained, and maintenance requests are handled almost immediately. Its incredibly safe, well appointed, and the staff are all lovely and helpful. The only downside is guest parking but the complex has made that significantly better by allowing guest parking in the secure garage. Definitely recommend, especialky with large and otherwise restricted dog breeds - rhe dog owners here are incredibly respectful and good with their pets.

It’s been a lovely property for the few weeks I’m here. Super quiet and respectful tenants, responsive maintenance and office staff, beautiful property. Just more guest parking!
