Overral my stay, has been great.

So far I been leaving here over a year, and it has been a wonderful experience. I love how everyone here loves their dogs as much as I do. Everyone in here is very friendly, love everything about leaving here.

Love living here!

I have lived here 12 years. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are ok. I would recommend it to someone but I don't know anyone. I like the get togethers that they have for the residents. It's quiet and clean.

Review of the apartments

I have lived here for 15 months. I love it!!! Everyone is great. The staff is wonderful. Security is very nice and Maintenance is good as well. I only wish that there was a playground for the kids. I don't have any little ones but when my friends or family come over there is nowhere to play.

Comments: We welcome you and your pet to Estancia San Miguel Apartments. Please read about our pet policy below. We accept a maximum of two pets per apartment home and the maximum weight limit for any pet is 99 lbs. Breed Restrictions Apply. No aggressive breeds shall be permitted. Aggressive breeds are identified by the National Center for Disease Control and include, but are not limited to: Purebred (Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow) Crossbreed (Wolf-Dog Hybrid, German Shepherd, Pit Bull Type, Husky-Type) Prior to approval of your application or before you acquire a pet, you must schedule a “pet interview” with management and provide a certificate of health that states pet breed, age, weight, height, and vaccinations received. All pets must have management approval prior to occupancy. There is a weight limit of 99 lbs. We will photograph your pet for our records.
