Review for apartment homes

I have lived in these apartment homes since August of 2021. I have had no major issues. Anything I needed help with from the maintenance crew has resolved within minutes of my call. I really enjoy living here and the Amazon Hub is great!

Unit 932 review

Price is ok, a little bit high, but ok for the location, pool area is very nice Trash pickup service is a non sense, always a problem, always something that annoys, it could be better not to have it or make it optional Also, one more thing is to have a security not during the day but during the night, there has been 2 break ins on the parking lot with several cars vandalized

Comments: We welcome you and your pet to Estancia San Miguel Apartments. Please read about our pet policy below. We accept a maximum of two pets per apartment home and the maximum weight limit for any pet is 99 lbs. Breed Restrictions Apply. No aggressive breeds shall be permitted. Aggressive breeds are identified by the National Center for Disease Control and include, but are not limited to: Purebred (Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow) Crossbreed (Wolf-Dog Hybrid, German Shepherd, Pit Bull Type, Husky-Type) Prior to approval of your application or before you acquire a pet, you must schedule a “pet interview” with management and provide a certificate of health that states pet breed, age, weight, height, and vaccinations received. All pets must have management approval prior to occupancy. There is a weight limit of 99 lbs. We will photograph your pet for our records.
