Wonderful place to live

Crimson apartments are a great place to live. Behinkng with the friendly staff, the friendly valet, the facilities are ample and well appointed. My apartment is large, great view abd licated a block away from the finest fink g abd shopping in Houston. Easy access to freeways as well as convenient parking. I give it a 10!

Disappointing

Expected better upkeep and service for the rent and luxury branding. Maintenance is slop to respond, appliances take weeks to repair, promised amenities (garage access, pool TVs, rooftop grills, smart-home features, dog wash) either don't work or aren't cleaned. Pool hallways often smell musty, and overall feels poorly managed.
