I MOVED ON THE PROPERTY 05/2023. I ENJOY THE PROPERTY BECAUSE IT'S QUIET FOR THE MOST PART, NO BAD ACTIVITY I HAVE EXPERIENCED. I WOULD RECOMMEND LIVING BECAUSE IT AN UPGRADE FROM MY PREVIOUS PROPERTY AND THEY ACTUALLY HAVE MAINTENANCE, THAT DOES MAINTENANCE REPAIRS......

Had somebissues with maintenance/ pest control, but for the price and location is pretty good. No plans to leave

The first 3months was kinda rocky living here. Around the 4th month, it all was straighten out and became livable and quite. The Office Manager/Staff began to clean out the unbearable Tenants and hired more maintenance staff that actually came to repair the problems in the apartment units. All in all its a place to stay.
