Management, staff and maintenance are very responsive

I have been living in this property since September 2023, and I know the rules here. Today, January 13, 2026, I had the unfortunate experience of waking up to find that my vehicle had been towed. There is an application that all residents fill out to add and register their vehicles, and since November 14, 2025, my vehicles have been registered. Today, the application shows that I logged in and removed the information about the car that was towed. I need and request an investigation by the staff at the Texas office because this seems very strange to me, as my information was changed from the car's license plate numbers to just my last name, HASAN.
