Been here over a year and its been nice. Staff is very nice and understanding. Property is kept up for the most part is kept clean.

We moved in about a year ago after one of the sister complex(Beamer Place Apts.) got hit by a tornado in Pasadena,Tx. The staff was very helpful from the beginning. They helped so much after going through a tragedy. When people you don't know help you out and make you feel welcomed is a good feeling. They have eased the pain of moving. Canterbury Court failures

Some residents park more cars than the number of cars that are supposed to be permitted by unit. Most of the residents that own dogs don't pick up after their dogs. Since delinquency is getting higher we suggest to install surveillance cameras in the property.
