tbh I've been here for almost 2 full leases.and since it has been taken over by the new property manager it is slowly going down hill. Trash is left out throughout the week . dog droppings are everywhere . pest control hasn't come recently . usually they leave a note so i figured they haven't came . which I'm paying extra for pest control and trash pick up hasn't been doing their jobs correctly . they pick and choose the trash they want to pick up which its 25 a month for trash pick up. money is being wasted. also don't have friends/or family over someone within this community reports cars even if they are visiting for an hour or two .your car will be towed even though there are plenty of parking spaces available . after five the office is closed so they are not able to receive a parking sticker .there's not enough visitor parking.

I wish there was more professionalism at this complex. The leasing agent isnt helpful, doesn’t communicate efficiently or effectively, and its hard to getin contract with her. The maintenance guy leaves his teaj in units when he does work orders in the unit and it’s disgusting. The water is always off with short notice, and the pest control people come in and look all around your apartment which is weird and forget to spray some areas because of that.

I would live here for awhile until i have enough for a house. Great staff. Everyone minds their buisness. Neighbors loud sometimes but it got handled so im happy.

Well kept apartments. Noise level to a minimum. Great pool and friendly staff.
