Location is great, about a 7 minute walk to Stadium Park Station on the red line. Near a tiny park that's cute to walk through. Place is new so there's no major issues, just some paint cracking as the building settles in. Some units are walkups which are really convenient. You can get cheaper in the area, but you have to walk farther and it wouldn't be nice and new.
