Bellrock Summer Street Tenant Review

Honestly, it's really hard for me to find flaws outside of the incidents that have happened in the parking garage. I know I probably give the leasing agents a hard time, but this place is perfect as far as what I look for in a luxury apartment. SECURITY is the only issue I have. There isn't enough.

alright apartments

been living here for 1 1/2 years. parking is the worst. not enough room for guests with motorcycle parking taking up allotted spots in garage. ev parking is specific to ev but no specific motorcycle parking. there has been a leak in front of my apartment twice. the water pressure has been nill for the past weeks as well with no compensation from management.
