LOVING IT SO FAR
I just moved in over the weekend, and so far I am loving it. The inside of the unit is beautiful, more spacious than I thought it would be, and absolutely loving the fact that there is ZERO carpet. I am enjoying having a balcony that has extra storage space, and a coat closet by the front door, an added bonus is the Google Nest thermostat. I did notice some raccoons in the dumpster area overnight, but this morning on my way to work I noticed the maintenance guys out there cleaning up the dumpster area to help ride the raccoons of invading, so I really appreciate that!
Good place to stay for long term
Excellent staff. Very friendly and professional. Very good maintenance. Any service request would be resolved within 48 hours.
Great Community & Neighborhood
My family of 4 members are living in Aventura (earlier known as Marquis) since September 2017 (close to 6 years). This Apartment community is situated at a key location where all the basic amenities like school, grocery (Kroger, Vishala) stores, hospitals, swimming classes. Library etc within miles. Neighborhood is very peaceful, very less Noice. Even we have a High School at walkable distance. The management, leasing specialists & maintenance guys all are very humble, friendly & eager to help. We are very pleased to be resident of this Apartment Community. I strongly recommend to all my friends & knowns to live here because of 2 bare minimum reasons - Basic Amenities are close by & peaceful neighborhood.
