I've had a great experience living here. The location is super convenient—being right off Beltway 8 makes getting around really easy. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they do a great job staying involved with the community. The place is kept up really well too. Maintenance is always quick to fix things and on top of everything. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spot in this area.

Residents drop trash everywhere, noisy slamming doors, parking garage access difficult, nice gym facility. Not worth the cost.

My experience living at 255 Assay was great. The location was extremely ideal if you need to travel around the city. This complex has a strong sense of community. The maintenance team does a great job keeping the appearance of the property up to standard.
