I fell in love with this property when I first toured. Its has everything I need. It is a great location close tl anything and everything you could need. Great view of downtown. The amenities are top notch, and the staff are some of the best.

I have only lived here for a few months. When I first toured and saw the area last year in preparation of moving to Houston, I instantly fell in love. I had a few must haves that I needed and every box was checked. Walkability. We are right next to a grocery store, food and drink options, and drug stores. Location. You couldn't ask for a better place to live than the heights. Not far from the North Loop and easy access to most major highways. Facilities. The complex is clean and updated. The amenities are top notch. There is next to no noise other than what I make myself. There is also always something on the calendar for residents to look forward to at the complex. The staff are extremely friendly, approachable, and willing to assist you in anyway they can to ensure your home is everything you need.

I have lived here for almost a full year. The location is great. It is within walking distance to the grocery store, car mechanics, restaurants, and walking trails. The maintenance is fast and reliable. The amenities are kept clean and up to date.
