I have lived here for 4 years, I love the location, great property, and personnel are awesome. My only complaint is the elevators are broken at times, especially in the garage. Overall excellent community to live in.

1. The noise level overall is high - The fans in the hall way are too noisy and very disturbing to those apartments close to them - The Maintenace team has done nothing to reduce speed of these fans and their noise level 2. The management tricks the residents on rent payment and unfairly charge them late fees while there is something wrong with their auto system of rent payment
