Lived here for 3 Years Now...Here's What I Can Tell You!

My experience has been nothing short of great since living here. While yes there have been issues, there will always be issues at any apartment whether it happens directly to you or with another resident. I can say that I feel very safe and that the staff does a great job of attending to its residents. A pipe had burst a couple of years ago and the staff was hands on with assuring that I any other residents affected would be taken care of. The amenities are what drew me here initially but since living here and the reason I have not left is because of the value that this property offers. Great pricing in a great location! Everything from HEB, restaurants, banks, bars and more are within an arms reach! My only peeve really has been the amount of construction that takes place on the street, but it shows that this location is changing for the better and things are going in an upward movement. Those are also matters that the apartment and residents do not have much control over. I have seen management change and I can say I am pleased with how the new management is. They are friendly and helpful! The maintenance team works hard but there are certain things that can be attended to more such as the carpets in the hallways, the stairs and the garage can be cleaned better. There is a lot of dust and spider webs on the ceilings in the parking garage. I 10000% would love to see those removed immediately. The residents here are quiet and cordial for the most part. During the warmer months is when you'll see the most activity from residents because the pool gets poppin! However the staff seems to be doing a better job of regulating that. Long story short, I enjoy living here and it serves me just how I need it to!

This place is great overall. Great location, helpful friendly staff and prompt maintenance repairs. I would recommend a better screening process of residents. Lots of lazy slobs live here.

Nice property, but needs more maintenance

Great location and nice leasing office professionals. Beautiful apartment inside. Amenities do need more proper deep cleaning - corridor carpets need shampooing, dog park is filthy, and the pool area needs more cleaning

My Time at the Flats

Pool is an amazing time. I hope its not closed down as much as it was last summer. Try to keep the grill area/outside open late or 24/7 like it was, so we can grill or take friends to the rooftop. Everyone is friendly, and new management seems to have it together. They did a great job on my rate. Be more selective who you let move in here, and lets have another great year.
