Love Love LOVE Silver Oaks
This is certainly the nicest place I’ve ever lived. Staff is amazing, maintenance is always helpful, and I love being right next a walking trail!
Great Value
Maintenace requests get attention quickly. Gym is good, definitely needs some maintenance and a couple of bikes. There's a big mess in parking, with vehicles being left in the same spot for months and management does nothing. Seems safe, but gate remains open at least one full day every two weeks.

I have lived here for 4 years now. It has been a great decision. By far, the best part about living here is the Staff at Marquis. They are always helpful, precise, and cooperative. The facilities are a plus, the tennis court/pickle ball court is fantastic. Love using the pools during summer. This facility is well worth looking into.
