Mediocre

Apt was flooded when i was told that it would be fixed prior to move in. Did not have refridgerator when moved in. Batteries dead in smoke detectors. Dish washer not properly bolted in. No pest control came to spray and they still charge for it. The pool is broken and no ETA when it’ll be fixed. The gym is only opened during office hours 8-5. So you pay ameninity fees but do not have access to said amenitities. Good things: parking is not limited, quiet neighborhood, everything is conveniently located(less than 10 min drive). Its okay if you just need a roof over your head, but not somewhere to stay long term.
