Buildings are pretty, but falling down.

Been here for 9 years. My rent is less because my apartment is not renovated. Seen 2 walls collapse from water damage in other buildings. City closes down pool every other month for hazards. Pay for towing and registration, but have to park far from apartment from no towing.
