Ac not worked for 3 months

I need my Air conditioning unit to work in Texas Air conditioning is a mess. It is too hot here and I have called four times to get my AC repaired. This is ridiculous. I need a new unit I need this to work. I’m trying to work and relax when I get home and it’s always hot. it’s 89° in my apartment tonight and it’s 89° outside, how do you think I’m supposed to sleep and get ready for work I just had maintenance out on Thursday and this is Saturday night and it’s already out and all they did was come in and change the filter and adjust the thermostat and then I’m burning up. It’s so hot in here. I’m so disgusted with living here now and I just wanna move and not have any penalty and just get out because I feel like I’m being abused here .
