I cannot thank Marlene enough for her help the other day! I was prepping to take a virtual meeting in the common area and was scrambling to adjust some furniture and clean up someone else's mess before it started. She noticed the commotion walking through, heard my predicament, and insisted on helping. She moved and cleaned speedily and I was settled with three minute before the meeting kicked-off. She's always keeping common areas spotless and is very understanding when you make a mess yourself. Thank you Marlene and all the maintenance staff that keep this place feeling like home!

Love my apartment home!

I have lived at The Crosby at The Brickyard for 3 year and 8 months and have just signed a new lease for 16 months. I love my apartment's layout and the look of it. It is so easy to park close to my apartment and the safety of the building and garage is a big issue to me. I feel very safe here.

Love my apartment.

I have lived at the Crosby at the Brickyard for almost 3 years. While I love my apartment there are some challenges. The rent keeps going up. Some of the services that were included in the rent are no longer included but billed as separate items, effectively raising the rent. There have also been a few maintenance issues along the way as well. But, having said that, I still love my apartment and the physical security it provides.
