My time at Mount Vernon Desoto Apartments

I have lived here for several years and my stay has been pretty good. The apartment was mostly upgraded but there were some things that I could tell were simply painted over. It would have been nice if the parking lot had carports so our cars would have some protection from weather. My rent has gone up significantly since I've been here by over $600. Though I understand market changes, I also think there should be consideration for long-term residents who have always paid rent on time and have been loyal tenants. Maintenance is pretty quick, usually within that same day or the next day. I appreciate that. I don't really interact with the office staff much, but things have been pleasant to my knowledge. Overall, I would say my time here has been an 8 out of 10 with 10 being amazing.
