Like living here.. need a few more handicap option like rail by the steps

Stressed

When I first moved here it was decent. I was right in front of the pool so the view was good. Only thing was the pool did not open my first year living here. The older kids play on the playground and throw trash everywhere. It stinks from the dumpsters and I'm so ready to move. I don't know what is going on with my A/C it cools the whole house but one room and they have come out twice and nothing has changed.

I have lived at this apartment for 9 years. its been great living at these apartment complex. I have met different management and management have always prioritized renters needs and made sure to always provide all the needed help and support. Sometimes maintenance takes a while to get problem fixed but once they come they do a phenomenal job.

Convenient family home location

aside from inconsistent office staff and maintenance staff throughout the last 4 years these apartments have grown in a good way. Parking is a little tight after 9pm but the community is quiet and pet friendly where we have our own dog park to enjoy with our fur family as well. Gym is accessible and basic but efficient, laundry room finally is open so that is a blessing. Renovated units look fair for the price but the material tears quickly as its cheap renovations. maintenance is pretty organized and hardworking so i do credit the new team both in office and maintenance staff. Location is amazing and close to food spots, schools, and public transportation. I love it here! New management has made the extra steps to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I recommend these apartments if you're okay with its minor issues.
