All I can say about this apartment is that the packages have not been fixed yet and the door to the mailing box is still broken. The manager is rude and does not treat the rentals well. This apartment lacks management. The manager should be replaced, she does not deserve this apartment because she is rude.

Ivy urban living apartment review.

Ive lived in two separate properties at ivy and for the most part have had a pretty good experience. At my last apartment i had the AC break a couple of times but its never happened in this unit. Ive had the sink flood my kitchen once but maintenance is always pretty fast to fix it. No serious bug problems and friendly neighbors.

I have been in the community for going on 3yrs and I have not been disappointed with much. The staff has always been great and Maintenace has been responsive and capable. Ivey is a great location with nice folks.

I have lived at the Ivy for going on 4 years and I thoroughly enjoy my time here! The location is great, the maintenance staff is amazing, and our neighbors are always nice and respectful. We are always recommending folks to live here!
