Verified Resident

New Managment needs to get it together

Out dated boiler system desperately needs replaced. Dog stations need stocked and changed more often. Little to no communication from new ownership. Maintenance men are lovely but only allowed to do patch fixes on issues that don't actual fix the problem. Maintenance workers often take up resident parking spaces. Office cannot keep appointment they make to save their life. I had four days of lost work waiting for my door to get painted before it was finally painted on a day I wasn't home with no forewarning. Rent amount does not match value at all.
