Expensive but noisy neighbors

The apartments are really nice but when you are paying 1900 dollars for rent and fees and you basically can hear every step, a small child running constantly across the floor. and what sounds like someone being thrown on the floor making your whole ceiling shake almost daily, its not worth it. Complaining does no good because your told by the manager that she can’t tell people how to live in their apartment. Its best to go ahead and move in one of the newer complexes that the noise may not be too much brcause here its just crazy and disrespectful! If your going go pay the money pay for some peace…
