Decent, but Expensive

The staff, both front and maintenance are great. Responsive and helpful. Maintenance in less than 24hrs for most things. The location is really great, being right next to HEB and only a short drive from many things without constant traffic right outside your apartment. Their is some noise from cars, but this is more an idiot in the neighbor with a loud muscle car, and I don't blame the apartment complex for that. Unless you're looking for a garage, the parking is pretty bad. There is basically no unpaid parking and only 6 spots for the whole complex for guests. The amenities are fine, but often have something annoying about them. Lot of pool closures. Gym equipment that's not broken, but difficult to use (and takes months to get repaired for some reason). It took a year for the pool cues to be replaced. The price is very high. I've paid less in the city for more, which is really saying something. So the value is pretty bad.
