Gym could be better. No need for big red fixture.

Gym equipment could better. Maybe remove the big red fixture in the middle of the gym and add a bench press or other gym equipment?

Will be moving

We have lived at this community for 3 years now and the maintenance and staff have done downhill. We have had maintenance even come to fix a clogged toilet and they overflowed it, filled our bathroom floor with water then left. We had to use every towel we owned to clean up the mess. And that's just one example. We will be moving when our lease is up.
