I am about to start my 3rd year at this property. Even though it is a big community and next to a busy avenue, it's private, quiet and for the most part, well maintained. Neighbors are friendly and respectful.

Due to foundation issues, the floor and walls in my unit have multiple, extensive cracks. So bad that I can see the studs in the walls in someplaces and ants comming in thru the floor. These issues have been bought to the attention of the property manager repeatedly. Their last response after looking at the current state of the walls, moulding, doors, windows, brick facade, etc was " I can let you out of your lease" Not we will address thefoundation issues jsut you can leave so I don't have to hear you complain. Every year when I renew my lease, there is an increase. Why am I paying market rate for an apartment that management fails or even cares to maintain. Should I post this to social media, file a complaint with the Coppell building department?
