great location, great schools and maintenance. However, my upstairs neighbors are super noisy and not respectful. I have kids and I work, we deserve to sleep without noises and yelling (which usually starts about 11 pm)

Parking is awful
Parking needs to be modified to serve rhe residents better. Also, the amount of dog poop around the apartments is ridiculous.
