With about 4 months under my belt living here I can comfortably say that Pinewood is an excellent choice. The property management and their staff care about upkeep and maintenance, the price point is very difficult to beat, and its in a decent area with easy access to two different highways. Overall solid!

I just moved in a month ago and it has been great. Maintenance requests are answered quickly, everyone is friendly, and the staff is sweet. I am happy to be here and appreciate the staff's professionalism.

I have been here over a year. I resigned my lease because it doesnt get better than this. The manager and maintenance team are the best. So quick to handle any matter i have going on. The are attentive and pay attention to the people who live here. I really so enjoy being here!

carpet was not wash like they said. had to rent a carpet machine to do what they said was done.

They over charge for what you fet honestly. They used to charge 700$ and it was afforable. Now it is not.
