Any mixed breeds that have the predominant characteristics of any of the above breeds are also prohibited. A maximum of two (2) pets per household will be permitted with a signed Animal Addendum, a $400 Non-Refundable Pet Fee and a Monthly $35 Pet Rent per pet as specified on the addendum. There are no weight limits; however, the following breeds are generally prohibited: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier / Bull Terrier, (aka Pit Bull), Bullmastiff, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, all Husky & Malamute breeds, Rottweiler, Neapolitan Mastiff and Wolf/restricted breed mix. Quiet except for some noise from FM1488. Love the trees throughout property and the pool is like being on vacation.

Front office ladies have been very professional and have welcomed me into a great community to be a part of. Really looking forward to my stay! Great scenery, lovely pool, and a lot to do in the area. Very stoked.
