Maintenance
Waylon is the main maintenance man around One Preston. He communicates well, advocates consistently for the residents, and always does exceptional work. He's friendly and is always willing to chat with residents. Any time a maintenance request is made he is quick to get after it and get it taken care of. He's always looking for ways to improve the experience of living for the residents. We had a lot of issues with our first unit here and Waylon went over and above to make sure that we were taken care of through the process. Waylon has been the consistent piece at One Preston and we're thankful for him and his leadership here!

I moved in day 1 of opening. The support and care that Waylon and his crew have given is unbelievable. Always willing and ready to attack any issue with a solution and a smile. It’s nice to have people around that you know truly care about our living experience.
