Loud dogs barking at the balcony

Noise , complained to management about dog kept barking anytime of the day for hours, Received a poor responded from the main office. When you work rotation shifts hard to sleep during our time off. Main office allowed to left the dogs in the balcony and bark during day , afternoon and night time. Look for a better place to live if you looking for quite place.
