Good apartment, decent location

Overall Raystone Apartments are really good, the staff and maintenance are always on top of everything; and i can only say they are the nicer apartments that you can find in Bay City. The only cons of these apartments in my opinion is the construction itself is not the best looks like it was slightly rushed (with minimal things but they are noticeable), located right next to three railroad tracks. I dont see myself living in another place (other than a house) within Bay City, I believe the pros outweigh the cons.

Overpriced

This place should have a pool with a hot tub and covered parking, especially considering how expensive the rent is. Although, Raystone is close to things in town, it is even closer to a railroad intersection. Trains shake the building and the noise is hard to get used to. Mona, the property manager, is the best thing about Raystone.

Lovely place to live and Manager continues to give a warm welcome, making the stay here cozy and comfortable. The.manager understands that everyone has a different lifestyle and, which is a gift.
