This is not your average rental property. Oak Manor Villas is a well kept, private community, that offers the most spacious 2 & 3 bedroom townhomes you can find in Bay City, Texas at an incredible value. Priced lower than rental homes that are smaller in size. You will have beautiful grass you don't have to mow, and a wonderfully kept pool and playground. On-site maintenance is amazing!
