my experience living here has been really great so far. staff is friendly, maintenance always shows up in a timely manner, the area is clean parking is good. the only change id say that could be made is maybe a pool or playground for kids. other than that its great here

Great place to live

Holly Lane is great. I’ve lived here for over 3 years. Pros: Each apartment has a reserved parking with additinal parking in the lot between fourplexes. It is typicallly a quiet neighborhood, where kids can play safely. Maintenance is quick and the staff are responsive. Apartments have been remodeled. Cons: There are no amenities (park, pool, playground, etc) but there is plenty of green space around each unit.

Its been pleasant very quiet only problem is with some neighbors the next door is noisy and people across from us leave trash all around the trash can area and would often use my can.
