Here are just some of the experiences of tenants here from only the last 3 months. The staff is negligent in addressing the gate that is broken almost every week, security presence, elevators. Great location apartments are in good condition, but I have yet to have a month with all 3 elevators working. They are constantly breaking which is a big inconvenience. Also the staff closes the lobby at night which makes it difficult to explain to guests how to get in. Nice gameroom an work out center and the location is second to none.

I have only been here for 3 months. So far... The community of people is great - good people and very friendly. This property is also very dog friendly - there is an off-leash dog park at the back of the building which is fantastic! The location is amazing and it's a pretty quiet building so far (we'll see what happens when the warmer months come in and the outdoor amenities start getting used). Unfortunately this property could stand to up-level maintenance - I've been here for 3 months and the elevators are constantly broken. The parking garage gate is also constantly broken. Overall cleanliness of the property is subpar as well. It feels like things are done a little more on the cost savings side and this is meant to be "luxury" living. The rent is not cheap. That all said, what makes up for it are the people living here and the location - it's truly fantastic!

Since going under new management + new staff everyone is much friendlier and more helpful! You cannot beat the location and parking is easy. They even offer free visitor parking and you can register up to 2 guests which is really nice and unheard of. It's super dog friendly and backs up to Lady Bird Lake and the trail for quick access to downtown or just going on a walk. Downtown is walkable and there are coffee shops and restaurants literally down the street. The price can be an initial deterrent but it's worth it in my opinion. The amenities are amazing--the gym is beautiful and the pool offers a beautiful view of the Austin skyline. The maintenance team is really friendly too. I've not met someone who doesn't enjoy living here.
